Returns
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used bath bombs cannot be returned. To start a return, email admin@fluxandfoam.co.uk with your order number.
Damaged orders
Bath bombs are delicate, so very occasionally they arrive a bit crumbly. If yours does, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send out a replacement free of charge.
