We hope you love every order from Flux and Foam — but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of the date you received your order. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any bath bombs that have been opened, unwrapped, or used. This is for hygiene reasons and the safety of all our customers.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, please contact us at hello@fluxandfoam.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return and we'll get back to you with next steps.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once this has been done.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In these cases, return postage will be covered by us and a full refund will be issued.
